How to Use the SIM Anti-Inflammatory Microgreens Kit

1. Prepare the Growing Tray

Fill one biodegradable tray with the provided soil mix up to 2–3 cm depth.

Level the soil gently without compacting it tightly.

2. Sow the Seeds

Choose one seed variety from the kit:

• Broccoli

• Radish

• Fenugreek

• Sunflower

• Mustard

Sprinkle the seeds evenly across the
soil surface and lightly press them onto the soil.

3. First Watering

Prepare a solution by mixing:

5 ml SIM Magic in 1 litre of water

Lightly spray or sprinkle the
solution over the tray until moist.

Avoid overwatering.

4. Cover for Germination

Place the tray lid over the tray to maintain humidity and darkness for germination.

Keep the tray in a warm indoor location.

Seeds generally germinate within 2–3 days.

5. Provide Light

Once sprouts begin lifting the lid, remove the cover and place the tray near natural light such as:

• Balcony
• Sunny window
• Kitchen counter with indirect sunlight
• Avoid harsh afternoon sunlight.

6. Daily Watering

Mist the tray once or twice daily to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged.

Apply SIM Magic solution once every 3–4 days if needed.

7. Natural Plant Protection

If pests or fungal growth appear, spray SIM Neemol Plus at:

2–3 ml per litre of water

8. Harvest Your Microgreens

Microgreens will be ready in 7–10 days once they reach around 7–10 cm height.

Cut using clean scissors just above the soil surface.
