What Products Are Eligible for Return?

You may request a return or refund if:

✔ The product received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered
✔ The product packaging is compromised or leaked
✔ The product has expired before the expected shelf life

Items Not Eligible for Returns:

✘ Products opened and used (unless defective)
✘ Items sold at discounted clearance prices (unless damaged)
✘ Products purchased from third-party marketplaces not fulfilled by SIM Organics

Return Request Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product packaging and issue

  • Purchase receipt or invoice

Return Shipping & Packaging

✔ For defective or incorrect items, SIM Organics will cover return shipping costs.
✔ For other returns, standard shipping charges may apply.
✔ Please pack the item securely in its original packaging or similar protective packing.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

✔ Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
✔ Refunds are processed via the original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
✔ Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (e.g., due to a defect or incorrect shipment):

✔ Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
✔ We will assist you with return and replacement instructions.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

✔ Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
✔ Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and processed according to this policy.

Damaged in Transit

If your order is delivered in poor condition:

  1. Photograph the shipment packaging and contents.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will issue a prepaid return label or process a replacement.
