SIM Magic (AMC)

SIM Arka Microbial Consortium is a research formulation of ICAR -Indian Institute Of Horticultural Research ,Bengaluru. It contains nitrogen fixing, Phosphate & Zinc solubilizing, Potassium mobilizing &and plant growth promoting bacterial strains .This formulation can be applied through seed,soil,water or nursery media like cocopeat.

Specification

SIM MAGIC contains selective strains of Nitrogen fixing , Zinc $ Phosphorus solubilizing ,Potassium mobilizing bacteria .

Directions for use

Seed Treatment: 10-20 ml of SIM Magic can be mixed with 20 ml of rice gruel to make a slurry.Small sized seeds (100-200g)can be mixed with the slurry.Care should be taken to ensure a uniform coating of the slurry on the seed surface. Treated seeds should be shade dried for 30 minutes and sown within 24 hours. Cocopeat Treatment : 1l of SIM Magic is sufficient to enrich 1000kg (1ton) of cocopeat for raising vegetable nurseries. A suspension of 20 ml per litre of water can be applied with a rose can to the cocopeat, prior to filling in protrays. Soil Drenching : The roots of standing perennial crops can be drenched with Sim Magic @ 3l in 300L of water .Root drenching can be repeated at 3 monthly intervals.Main Field Application : For 1 acre of land 3lt of SIM Magic can be mixed with 500kg of FYM and applied near the root zone of a standing crop .Alternatively ,it can be applied basally during land preparation. Drip Application:  3lt of SIM Magic diluted @10ml /lt of water can be applied through drip for 1 acre. Recommended intervals for drip application is 30 days .Foliar Spray Treatment :Mix 10ml of SIM Magic in 1lt of water and spray at 15 days interval ,during flowering four sprays can be given.

Can reduce 25% of inorganic fertilizers (N P) when applied as suggested .Increases seed germination .Enhances vigour of seedling and crop yield by 10-20%. When applied to the nursery media ensures a helathy rhizosphere before transplanting.

Caution

Do not mix SIM Organic biofertilizer with insecticides and chemical fertilizers, Store in a cool place, protect from sunlight and excess heat.
